Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries submitted through it. Signed estimates, proposals and contracts for a specific project take precedence over anything on this page.

Use of this website

You may browse this site and submit enquiries for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or submit false or automated enquiries.

Quotes and estimates

Prices, lead times and availability shown or discussed on this website are indicative only. A binding price is provided in a written estimate after we review artwork, site conditions, permitting requirements and material availability. Estimates are valid for the period stated on them.

Artwork and customer content

You confirm you own — or have permission to use — any logos, artwork, photographs or trademarks you supply to us, and that our use of them for your project will not infringe anyone's rights. We may photograph completed work for our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Intellectual property

Design concepts, drawings and renderings we produce remain our property until the related invoice is paid in full. All content on this website — text, imagery, layout and branding — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Permits, approvals and site conditions

Where we manage permits or landlord approvals, we do so on your behalf and cannot guarantee the outcome or timing of a third-party decision. You are responsible for providing safe, accessible site conditions and accurate information about the structure receiving the signage.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom fabrication requires a deposit before production begins, with the balance due on completion. Custom-made items are non-refundable once production has started.

Warranty

Workmanship and materials are covered by the warranty stated on your estimate or invoice. Electrical and LED components are covered by the manufacturer's terms. Warranties do not cover damage from accidents, vandalism, storms, power surges, unauthorised alteration or lack of maintenance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.
